TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THE SUPPLY OF DIGITAL IMAGES AND
SALE AND SUPPLY OF PHOTOGRAPHIC AND PHOTO INK-JET PRINTS

FEES SCHEDULE
The fees quoted are for the grant of a license to reproduce images supplied by Ajax Picture Library (AjaxNetPhoto.com). The transfer of property,copyright or moral rights of the authors in each image is not implied warranted or guaranteed by any fees quoted in the following schedule, the automatic raising of any invoice or the payment of it by the client. All images offered by AjaxNetPhoto are copyright protected under International laws. All reproduction fees shown are net of VAT.

REPRODUCTION LICENCE
Reproduction licences for images from the Ajax Picture Library may be purchased for specific use only. All hi-resolution images supplied to the customer will be charged for. LICENSED images are also known as RIGHTS PROTECTED; the grant of licence does not warrant, guarantee or imply a use other than that specified in the customer invoice raised for each image. Users should note that licences for all images offered by Ajax News & Feature Service and the Ajax Picture Library (AjaxNetPhoto.Com) are based on non exclusive use. PRINT ORDERS
Photographic and photo Ink-Jet prints are supplied to customers through our print portals on the understanding and customer agreement that all prints ordered will be for personal use only and that prints so supplied will not be copied, digitally scanned or manipulated or integrated in part or in whole in any other image or used for publication or internet use or stored and reproduced by any means including all electronic means now known or yet to be invented or used for the production of artworks or artwork montages or exhibited in a public place by any means now known or yet to be invented. The purchase of a print or prints from Ajaxnetphoto.com via its print portals does not entitle the purchaser, purchaser employees, agents or any third party to reproduce or publish it in anyway. Original print images are available for commercial reproduction use and may be licensed from Ajaxnetphoto.com and Ajax News & Feature Service.  Please direct reproduction license enquiries to picturedesk@ajaxnetphoto.com

The purchase price of the print does not imply, warrant, guarantee or include the transfer of any image copyright in the print(s). No guarantees are made, warranted, offered or implied regarding the exclusivity of the print. There are no limits on the number of other prints sold of the same image.
